Do you offer warranty on your repairs?

We offer a 6-month, 1000-hour warranty on components the have failed while in service due to a repair quality issue. All of our repairs are tagged with our internal job #, and we trust our customers to tell us when the component was first installed.

Do you offer warranty on your product sales?

All our products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Please visit their websites for more detail.

How much will a repair cost me?

There is no way for us to determine the extent of internal damage of a component until it has been fully disassembled and inspected by one of our technicians. We always provide detailed quotes prior to undertaking any repair jobs. Our quotes are based on parts + labour prices.

Can you repair my equipment?

For us to know if we can complete a repair on your equipment, some basic information might be needed such as the make, model, and a photo or description of the units general condition.

How long does it take you to complete a repair?

The time to complete a component repair depends on several factors such as: parts availability; the extent of the damages to your component; and our current workload. In general, a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks can be expected once we have received the parts required for a repair.

Do you do on-site repairs?

On-site repairs are currently not part of our service offerings.
